Digital workplace training – Come to #DWCNZ to learn how to take yours to the next level

Change management including communication and training are a critical part of every intranet and digital workplace. The pace at which the tools we use are growing and improving can make this a significant challenge for those of us who are care takers of our digital workplace.

In 2016 when we began planning a new intranet and digital workplace for NEXTDC this was one of the first challenges we sought to solve, knowing that it would be critical not just to project success, but more importantly critical to the digital workplace being an essential tool-set to improve how our team work from day-to-day.

Through understanding our team, and the tools as best we could we formulated our strategic approach to the digital workplace, and delivered not only a new digital workplace but educated our people on how to best use the right tool for them.

At the NZ Digital Workplace Conference (May 1-2, Auckland) I will be sharing the detail behind the strategy, the content and what did/didn’t work for us.

Want to come along to the conference? If you can get yourself to Auckland, comment below or tweet me to experience two day of excellent digital workplace knowledge (ergo I will give a ticket to the first person to get in touch – yay).

Update: Congrats to Zeb (@asgard) who tweeted me about the free ticket and is now coming along to the Digital Workplace Conference. There are still tickets on sale. Get yours now.

Check out the conference agenda for the fantastic line-up of business and technical presentations:

If you can’t make it to the conference, you won’t miss out. I will share my slide deck and a more detailed post after the event with all the tips and tidbits.

  1. Hello Rebecca! Gutted I can’t make it this year due to budget constraints. I’ve started a new job and after having been out of the digital workspace network for some time this event would have been perfect to get myself back up to speed! I’ll just have to follow the tweets and check back on your and other sites :)
