Sharing lessons and ESN love – Yammer blog

I’m delighted to have been one of a group of enterprise social practitioners, MVPs and consultants who will be contributing to the official Yammer Blog in 2019.
I first began using Yammer around 2010 and have been a member and community manager of many Yammer networks since then. In that time I have had the opportunity to see Yammer change from a freemium start up product to an enterprise tool under Microsoft’s wing. I have also experienced Enterprise Social as it has become a common part of many digital workplaces, and how different organisations, their culture and leadership impact how they are used, and how successful they are.
It’s an exciting opportunity to be a contributor to the Yammer blog and work collaboratively with other Yammer practitioners. I feel privileged to be among a talented group of international writers, many whose work I have followed and looked up to for years.
As part of the program I will write 4 posts over this year, I’ve already got one ready to go (tentatively scheduled for this month) and another in draft. I’m impressed by the way the program has been set up (props to Allison Michels and Angus Florence) as all the bloggers Work Out Loud in a Yammer group where we can collaborate, give feedback and learn from each other.
I’ll keep you updated as my posts are released, I recommend checking out the Yammer blog and following Yammer on social media to keep up-to-date with all of the Yammer blog action:
