In my second post for the Yammer blog put forward the idea that bringing some fun to your Yammer network will help foster a positive organisational culture.
It’s a contentious topic. Not every organisation will see ‘fun’ as a mark of success, but an enterprise social network can be (and arguably should be) about more than just work.
