Illustration – Out of the box

Since getting into sketchnoting and back to exercising my drawing muscles I have had a few requests for custom illustrations which is both fun and flattering. The most recent request is from fellow intranet professional the lovely Joanne McBain who wanted an illustration for a PechaKucha presentation she was preparing for a conference competition.

The brief from Joanne was for an organisational chart with people climbing out of the boxes to represent people climbing out of the box and into the white space.

I was really happy with the outcome. It met the brief and I think Joanne was pleased with it. As a side note, Joanne won the competition for her PechaKucha presentation which was a fantastic and well deserved result for her.
